Pay rate $20-25/hour (depending on skill set)
We are looking for a reliable skilled maintenance worker at our Amherst location! This job entails performing general repairs, some forklift work (loading and unloading trucks), baling product, janitorial work, and general upkeep of the facilities. They will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are tidy and functional.
Being self motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this position. The ideal candidate will have a solid backround in general maintenance and have forklift texperience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform necessary cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal.
- Complete regular maintenance duties like replacing lightbulbs.
- Minor fixes, repairing broken locks, damage to walls
- Maintain grounds, garbage pickup, painting trim, weeds
- Loading and unloading trucks with forklift
- Using a mechanical bailer
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance and construction
- Current forklift certification
