At Guy’s Frenchys we believe that our cashiers play a very important role within our company.  Our Cashiers interact with customers continuously and process payment using cash, debit, credit and gift cards.  They also help maintain a safe organized shopping experience for our valued customers and have the desire to promote a level of excellence and pride in customer service.

Job Duties

• Remaining aware of customer needs, monitoring, and ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service
• Cleaning related duties
• Processing payments in cash, debit, credit, or gift cards
• Excellent product knowledge and accuracy in price list comprehension
• Proactive participation in our ongoing fundraising efforts
• Team member may be required to perform other job-related function as requested by your management team

Requirements

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work evening and weekends
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and written
• Ability to work well under pressure at peek business hours
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in multi-tasking
• Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Consistently reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Professional appearance and manners, strong work ethic and positive team attitude
